Liability Waiver
Participation in SENTRO SOCIETY classes involves physical activity in a heated environment. Please review the following terms carefully before participating.
Participant Eligibility
This waiver applies only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By signing this waiver or participating in any class, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Assumption of Risk
By participating in classes, you acknowledge that heated fitness activities, including infrared heated sculpt and hot yoga, involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all such risks and accept responsibility for your participation.
Physical Readiness
You affirm that you are physically able to participate or have consulted an appropriate medical professional.
During Class
You agree to immediately stop exercising and notify an instructor if you experience pain, dizziness, illness, or other concerning symptoms.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless SENTRO SOCIETY, its owners, employees, contractors, and instructors from claims arising from participation except where prohibited by applicable law.
