Bookings

Bookings are confirmed only after successful reservation through the approved booking platform.

Eligibility

By creating an account, booking a class, purchasing a membership, or participating in services offered by SENTRO SOCIETY, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. SENTRO SOCIETY does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to participate in classes or memberships.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Current cancellation policy requires cancellation at least eight hours before class. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or forfeiture of class credits.

Memberships, Packages & Purchases

Memberships, packages, and retail purchases are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated.

Participation & Inherent Risk

Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of heated fitness classes and agree to participate voluntarily. Clients should consult a physician when appropriate and agree to follow instructor guidance.

Right to Refuse Service

SENTRO SOCIETY may refuse service for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive conduct.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, photography, and written materials remain the intellectual property of SENTRO SOCIETY.

Policies, pricing, schedules, and services may be updated at any time.

SMS Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from SENTRO SOCIETY (“we,” “us,” “our”) at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment and booking reminders, schedule updates, account alerts, studio announcements, promotional offers, and customer support follow-ups. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with SENTRO SOCIETY.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out & Get Help

You can unsubscribe from the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method or reply START. For help or more information at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages. You may also contact SENTRO SOCIETY directly for support.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
